Parents & Families

From parents with young children to families with adult children counselling can help get to the root of issues and learn how to have effective and open communication. When working with young children our counselors use play therapy and other methods that helps children feel safe to speak-up and express their feelings.

Group Counselling

Counselling is recommended as a two-phase approach where you start with one-on-one counselling followed by group counselling. This two-phase approach has shown significantly higher and long-lasting results for our clients.
